This document sets out all the conditions for using the c77bd platform. Please read it carefully before creating an account.

1 General Terms & Acceptance

c77bd ("Platform", "we", "us") is an online gaming service operated for players in Bangladesh. These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") apply to accessing, registering on, or using any service on the c77bd platform.

By creating an account on the platform or playing any game, you are considered to have fully agreed to these Terms. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, please refrain from using the platform.

2 Account Registration & Eligibility

2.1 Eligibility to Register

To create an account at c77bd, you must meet the following conditions:

  • You must be at least 21 years of age (for 21+ only)
  • You must be legally eligible to participate in online gaming
  • Each individual may operate one account only
  • You are opening the account on your own behalf and for personal entertainment purposes

2.2 Account Security

2.3 Accuracy of Information

3 Deposits, Withdrawals & Payment Policy

3.1 Accepted Payment Methods

c77bd supports only the following mobile banking methods:

  • bKash — Bangladesh's most widely used mobile financial service
  • Nagad — Digital financial service of Bangladesh Post Office
  • Rocket — Mobile wallet service of Dutch-Bangla Bank
  • Upay — Mobile payment solution of United Commercial Bank

3.2 Minimum Deposit & Withdrawal Limits

Minimum limits are set for each payment method:

  • Minimum deposit: ৳200 (for each method)
  • Minimum withdrawal: ৳800 (for each method)

3.3 Withdrawal Timeframe

Approved withdrawals are generally processed within 5 to 30 minutes. Withdrawal speed depends on the payment method and verification process.

Withdrawal prerequisite: Before submitting a withdrawal request, your account must be fully verified and the wagering requirements of any active bonus must be met.

3.4 Responsibility in Payment Processing

The user must ensure they are using a mobile banking account registered in their own name. Transactions through third-party accounts are prohibited and may result in funds being forfeited.

4 Bonuses & Promotional Offers

4.1 Welcome Bonus

c77bd offers new members a 100% bonus on their first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳15,000. Bonus calculation examples:

  • Deposit ৳1,000 → receive ৳1,000 bonus → total balance ৳2,000
  • Deposit ৳32,000 → receive ৳15,000 bonus → total balance ৳47,000

4.2 Wagering Requirements

The welcome bonus must meet wagering requirements before withdrawal. Wagering is calculated on the bonus amount only, not on the total deposit.

  • Wagering multiplier: 15x
  • Example: ৳1,000 bonus × 15 = bonus winnings become withdrawable only after placing ৳15,000 in bets

4.3 General Conditions for Bonus Use

  • Each user may receive the welcome bonus one time only
  • Bonuses cannot be transferred to another account
  • Converting a bonus to cash is not possible before the wagering requirements are met
  • c77bd reserves the right to modify or cancel any promotional offer at any time
  • If bonus abuse is suspected, c77bd reserves the right to investigate and take necessary action

Warning: Attempting to claim bonuses using multiple accounts or third-party information will be treated as fraudulent activity and the account will be permanently closed.

4.4 VIP Program

c77bd offers three VIP tiers. A weekly cashback benefit applies at each tier:

  • Bronze — up to 0.3% weekly cashback
  • Silver — up to 0.7% weekly cashback
  • Gold — up to 1.0% weekly cashback

It is possible to advance to a higher VIP tier through regular play. Contact customer support to learn more about the specific benefits of each tier.

5 Prohibited Activities & User Responsibilities

5.1 Strictly Prohibited Activities

The following activities are completely prohibited on the c77bd platform:

  • Attempting to win through fraudulent means
  • Playing games using any software, bot, or automated method
  • Money laundering or illegal transactions through the account
  • Operating multiple accounts
  • Betting on behalf of a third party
  • Exploiting technical errors on the platform
  • Conducting any unethical activity against another user
  • Attempting to hack the gaming system or gain unauthorized access

5.2 General User Responsibilities

Each user bears full responsibility for their own gaming activities. This includes:

  • Betting within one's own financial limits
  • Keeping account password and login details secure
  • Keeping contact information on the account up to date at all times

6 Gaming Rules & Fair Play Policy

6.2 Game Operation Rules

In the event of a technical error during a game, c77bd's decision shall be considered final. If the result of any round is disputed, the game log and server records shall be treated as the authoritative document.

6.3 Sports Betting Rules

The following applies to the sports betting section:

  • Bets must be placed and accepted before the event begins
  • Odds displayed in live betting are subject to change, and the odds at the moment of bet confirmation apply
  • If an event is cancelled or incomplete, c77bd will settle the bet in accordance with the applicable policy
  • Once a bet is confirmed, it generally cannot be changed or cancelled

7 Account Suspension & Closure

7.1 Account Suspension by c77bd

c77bd may temporarily suspend or permanently close an account in the following circumstances:

  • Violation of these Terms
  • Suspicion or evidence of fraudulent activity
  • Failure to cooperate with the verification process
  • Suspicion of illegal transactions or money laundering
  • Instructions from a regulatory authority

7.2 Account Closure by the User

If you wish to close your account at any time, send a request to [email protected]. Any pending withdrawals will be settled before the account is closed, and any bonus with unmet wagering requirements will be cancelled.

8 Liability Limits & Disclaimer

8.2 Limitation of Damages

If a game result is affected by a technical error or network issue, c77bd may consider refunding up to the bet amount for that round. A decision will be made after investigation on a case-by-case basis.
